Bruce and Mindy Lane Join Prudential Gammons Realty in East Greenwich

A case could be made to dub Realtors Bruce and Mindy Lane a power couple.

Bruce is the President of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. Mindy is an experience realtor who serves as treasurer of the State-Wide Multiple Listing Service. And they both have been named Realtor of the Year by their peers at the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.

The husband and wife are now bringing their expertise to Main Street in East Greenwich.

Both Lanes have recently joined Prudential Gammons Realty. The announcement was made by Roxanne Tafuri, president of Prudential Gammons Realty.

Bruce and Mindy are veterans of the real estate profession with more than 30 years of collective experience in real estate sales and leasing.

Bruce, who studied Real Estate Law at Providence College, has been a licensed Realtor since 1986. He has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and caters largely to the senior market, adding ancillary home maintenance and moving assistance to his real estate services. An active member of the Realtor Association, Bruce currently serves as the 2015 President of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. He is also a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year award from both the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.

Mindy has been actively practicing real estate sales for more than 15 years. A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she is also active in the Realtor community and currently serves as the Chair of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors’ Education Committee and Treasurer of State-Wide Multiple Listing Service. Like her husband, Mindy was chosen Realtor of the Year by her peers at the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.

Bruce and Mindy are returning to Gammons Realty after a 6-year hiatus. Most recently, they were partners in Williams and Stuart Real Estate in Cranston. They reside with their family in Cranston and North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
