Coronavirus: East Greenwich To Zoom Public Meetings
East Greenwich officials are putting public meetings on video conference to help facilitate participation during the coronavirus pandemic.
EAST GREENWICH, RI — East Greenwich is attempting to facilitate participation in public meetings during the coronavirus pandemic through putting town council meetings on Zoom. The link to the meetings can be found here.
The town's website includes meeting agenda and directions on how to join the meting virtually from your home on Zoom. Those participating will be able to hear and see the panelists, who are town council members and the administration, while other members of the professional staff and public will be attendees with either a name or phone number shown and other interactive tools to participate at certain times during the meeting.
