Crestar co-owner Cathy Buchanan had a vision: gather together a number of vendors whose products appeal to women and then invite women to spend an evening with them, learning about their products in a relaxed - fun, even - atmosphere. That vision comes to life on Thursday, when Crestar hosts Ladies Night.
Buchanan focused on health and wellness, targeting local massage, acupuncture, skin and hair care and Some of the vendors who will be there include Back to Basics, the Life Breath Wellness Center, the Herbwyfe, massage, acupuncture, skin care, Narragansett Bay Oil Company, the Savory Grape.
There will be belly dancing to lend a festive air.
If you sign up in advance, via PayPal, the cost for the evening is $15. It is $25 at the door.
