Politics & Government

Senator Sheldon Whitehouse EG Community Office Hours

Making sure our federal government is responding to you and your needs is a critical part of being your Senator.

That's why my office is always available to help Rhode Islanders resolve their difficulties with federal agencies and listen to your views on legislation.

And on Wednesday, May 16th, members of my staff are coming to your neighborhood. RSVP here

Here are just a few of the issues my staff can help with:
Military & Veterans Affairs
Social Security Questions
Resources for Small Businesses
And of course, listening to you

East Greenwich Community Office Hours
Wednesday, May 16th, 2012
    4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    East Greenwich Free Library
    82 Pierce Street
    East Greenwich, RI

RSVP for Wednesday, May 16th

Your RSVP will make sure there is enough staff on site to meet constituent demand.

Please note that while we can't ask an agency to circumvent its rules, force it to decide a question in your favor, or change a decision that is already final, there are a number of ways my office can help. I hope you'll give us the opportunity.

If you are seeking help with a specific matter, please bring all appropriate contact information, including a daytime phone number and e-mail address, any relevant identification or tracking numbers (i.e. Social Security number or case number), and as much information about your question or concern as possible, such as previous correspondence with the agency.

Best regards,

U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse
