Tai Chi Classes will be offered at Swift on Wednesdays
from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Tai Chi is a good way to improve health and energy and reduce stress. The classes will promote flexibility, balance and physical control. Pre-registration is required. Instructor: Alice Losasso. If you would like to register, please call Erin at 886-8669, ext 1.
