Senior Tai Chi Class

Weekly drop-in Tai Chi classes will be offered at Swift on Wednesdays from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. beginning July 6th.  Tai Chi is a good way to improve your health and energy and reduce stress.  The classes will promote flexibility, balance and physical control. Fee: $3 for members / $4 for non-members per class. Instructor: Alice Losasso
