Tai Chi For Health

This six week program will meet on Wednesdays at Swift from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. from April 20th - May 25th.  Tai Chi is a good way to improve your health and energy and reduce stress.  The classes will promote flexibility, balance and physical control.  Pre-registration and payment is suggested by April 15th.  Space is limited.  The fee is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.  Please contact Erin at 886-8669, ext. 1 to register or for more information.
