The Town Council meets tonight at 7pm, and on its agenda is the promotions of several East Greenwich Police Officers. Lt. Stephen Brown is being promoted to captain, the second highest position in the department; Det. Sgt. Brian Clement is moving up to Lieutenant, as is Sgt. Jeremy Fague; Detective Steve Garrett is being promoted to Sergeant; and Patrolamn Paul Nahrgang is being promoted to sergeant.
