The Zoning board hears applications for special use permits, dimensional variances, and use variances for land development. It also hears appeals of decisions of the Building Official, the Planning Board and the Administrative Officer, and hears Comprehensive Permit Applications under the requirements of the Rhode Island Affordable Housing Act.
The Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month and consists of five members who serve five year terms and two alternates who serve one year terms.
