Ayurvedic cooking satisfies the five senses and satiates
hunger while allowing the mind and body to experience natural lightness and
calmness. We will learn about the aromatic & digestive benefits of Indian
spices. Ayurveda can be defined as a system, which uses the inherent principles
of nature, to help maintain health in a person by keeping the individual’s
body, mind and spirit in perfect equilibrium with nature. Come join us for this
classic pairing!
