Greenwich Club Gators Tied For First Going Into All-Pool

In their final meet of the regular season, the Gators beat Kendbrin at home.

The Greenwich Club Gators beat back Kendbrin Swim Club at home Tuesday to come even with them for first place going into the All-Pool Meet Aug. 6 and 7. The score was Gators 287, Kendbrin 229.

The clubs are part of the Narragansett Swim League.

Some of the top Greenwich swimmers were Grace MacDonald in the 8 and under girls, 25 meter freestyle and 25 meter butterfly; Lauren Salvadore in 11-12 girls, 50 freestyle and 50 breaststroke; Max Miranda in 11-12 boys, first place in 50 freestyle and 50 butterfly; Grace Feisthamel in 13-14 girls, first place in 50 breast and 50 butterfly; Chris Murphy in 13-14 boys, first place in 50 freestyle and 50 breaststroke; Chris Sgrignari in 13-14 boys, first place in 50 backstroke and 50 butterfly; Ellie Bodell-Kudla in 15-16 girls, 100 freestyle and 100 breaststroke; and Cameron Potter in 15-16 boys, first place in 100 freestyle, 50 butterfly.
