Hells Angels Arrested for Guns and Drugs in East Greenwich
The Rhode Island State Police arrested three Connecticut Hell Angels on Route 95 on Saturday.

Three Connecticut men and members of the Hells Angels were arrested in East Greenwich after they were found with a loaded gun, narcotics and four other weapons, the state police said.
Rhode Island State Police Superintendent Col. Steven G. O’Donnell said in a news release that troopers stopped four motorcycles for moving violations on Route 95 on Saturday and ended up seizing a loaded .357 caliber Charter Arms handgun, MDMA, also known as ecstasy, and “four weapons other than firearms.”

Kenneth Michaels, 44, of 46 Hull St., Ansonia, Conn. Police said Michaels was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and narcotics possession as well as two counts of possession of weapons other than firearms.
He was released on $5,000 surety bail.

Sean Oldroyd, 42, of 2863 Fairfield Ave., Bridgeport, Conn. Police said Oldroyd was charged with a weapons law violation and was released on $1,000 surety bail.
Mark Jones, 42, of 30 Judd Road, Terryville, Conn. Police said Jones was charged with a weapons law violation and was released on $1,000 surety bail.
“This is another example of nothing being routine about a ‘routine traffic stop,’” O’Donnell said. ”I commend the troopers for their attention to detail and their understanding of the outlaw biker mentality of carrying weapons.”
