It's Time to Nominate the Next Turkey Trot Beneficiary
Main Street Association of East Greenwich is searching for the next beneficiary for the fifth running of the Hill and Harbour Turkey Trot.
The Main Street Association of East Greenwich is accepting nominations for the next beneficiary for the Hill and Harbour Turkey Trot.
This year marks the fifth running of the Turkey Trot, which has become a successful community event, bringing more than 1,000 people to town the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Each year, a different beneficiary receives proceeds from the festivities, which include a 5K, a 1-mile fun run, music, kids activities and food.

“We are proud to be able to change the beneficiary each year so that we touch as many local organizations as possible with a generous donation,” the Main Street Association said in a release.
