Tory MacDonald has been named Interim Pastor at Frenchtown Baptist Church.
Frenchtown is one of the oldest churches in Rhode Island and in a letter to neighbors, MacDonald said he is hoping the church will become a more intimate part of the area, serving EG residents' needs.
"Please keep my personal contact information in case you or a loved one has any pastoral needs; I will be happy to help," he said.
Meanwhile, the church is hoping to increase its membership and is inviting folks to come join them for Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. and worship at 11 a.m. every Sunday.
