Senator Hodgson, School Committee And More
EG's state senator will be at Town Hall tonight, the School Committee meets at the high school and Cole boys basketball team continues its title hunt.

Meet your state senator: East Greenwich's new representative in the state senate, Dawson Hodgson, a Republican from North Kingstown, will be at Town Hall tonight, from 7 to 9, holding office hours.Â
According to a press release, the office hours are "designed to allow constituents to share concerns directly with the senator, and ... make General Assembly more accessible to public."
Town, gown agreement: The School Committee meets tonight, 6pm at the high school, and will discuss a proposed memorandum of understanding between the school department and town concerning the maintenance of the new fields at the high school. Its agenda also has listed for discussion Meadowbrook improvements and middle school transition.

Middle school playoff basketball: After beating Davisville on Friday, the Cole boys basketball team plays on the road today against Barrington. Go Cole!
More hoops: In other basketball action, the EGHS boys team plays at Mt. Hope and the girls team hosts Narragansett at 7pm.
