No closed meetings on high stakes testing

I was pleased to read that a judge has barred the RI Board of Education from holding closed meetings to hear from "experts" on high stakes testing, and I applaud East Greenwich resident Christine Egan and the ACLU for bringing the suit.  If there was ever an issue that needs to have extensive and open public debate, this is it.
