Amtrak's media relations said there was "police action" on the tracks.

EAST GREENWICH, RI—Three Amtrak trains were stopped in Rhode Island for up to 20 minutes, according to Mike Tolbert with Amtrak's media relations.
All the Amtrak trains are moving again now, he said.
"There was a police action on the tracks," he said. He could not say where the three trains were stopped but said they were in different Rhode Island locations, and the longest delay was about 20 minutes.
