Rocky Hill Names Director of Admission and Financial Assistance

From Rocky Hill Schools: Rocky Hill School is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan Cooney as the 2018-19 Director of Admission and Financial Assistance, who will join the team upon Catherine Washburn’s retirement this June.A graduate of Syracuse University, where she earned her BS in Marketing, Jan has over a decade of experience in marketing and advertising in the New York, Boston, and Providence markets.

This is complemented by a Master’s Degree in Education from Lesley University and a successful career working first as a teacher and then as the Director of Admissions at St. Mary Academy – Bay View. She has spoken at the National Enrollment Management Conference on How to Brand a School and is thrilled to be joining the Rocky Hill School team.Jan shared, “I am excited to be joining Rocky Hill at a time when there are so many innovative initiatives happening on campus. I look forward to telling your intriguing story and bringing new families and students to the Rocky Hill School community.”
