Summer Heat Keeps People Indoors

Since yesterday was one of the hottest days of the summer so far, we wanted to document it by driving around finding children and families staying cool and enjoying the sprinkler or the beach. Instead we found empty lawns, air conditioners running, a very sparse beach, and a lonely lonely Del's Lemonade saleswoman. We decided to document the lack of people rather than documenting the actual people, since they were nowhere to be found.
