This is the program that will change the way you relate to, look
at and prepare food forever.
If you are chronically ill, or overweight,
or simply confused by all the mixed information in the market about
nutrition and diet and don’t know what is right or “good” or “bad”, then
you won’t want to miss this information-rich, hands on experience. The

This program is offered twice per year, in Fall and in Spring,

auspicious times to focus on the habits that make up a healthy

lifestyle. You will be introduced to a very wide perspective on health

& nutrition based on the principles of Five Element Theory and the

most current nutritional science. You will develop a framework that will
help you to evaluate what to eat based on season, personal condition & the energetics of food. The program finishes off with an optional
4-day, natural, non-supplement-based “cleanse” that enhances your body’s
own detox abilities. Come with a willingness to discover habits that might be an obstacle to your health and well being.
