Time to Sign Up for EG NFL Flag Football

Registrations are open for the East Greenwich NFL Flag Football program, which offers youngsters a chance to play non-contact NFL Flag football while learning the essence of teamwork.

It’s a great way to get some exercise, too!

Launched in 2006, the NFL Flag Football program is designed to teach young people aobut football while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship.

Games are five versus five, so everyone gets a chance to take part in the action.

The league will run on Saturday afternoons from September until early November.

Participation includes:

· 5 vs. 5 non-contact NFL Flag Football

· NFL team branded jersey (reversible) and NFL flag belt

· USA Football Membership and Player Insurance

· Professionally trained officials and volunteer coaches

· Same day practice and game--only one day a week commitment!

· Grade appropriate divisions

· End of season Super Bowl and Pro Bowl games and awards

· Eligibility to participate in RI Flag Football state championships

· Chance to compete in NFL Flag New England Regional and National Championships
