Tomaselli said his desire to open the gallery was "to keep the conversation going. To inspire others while maintaining what motivates me – making art an experience of learning and teaching. To continue the process of building, renewing, and making new relationships."
The gallery will feature his work, which is described as bold and passionate in a realistic contemporary style. Along with showing his art, the gallery will be a place for painting demonstrations and "a little philosophy will be held most Wednesdays in the summer at 10am and those interested should bring their coffee/beverage and a folding chair and are encouraged to call ahead to reserve their space," according to a release.
