Veterans Invited Back to School
In honor of Veterans Day, Rocky Hill School is inviting veterans to its annual observance, a day before Veterans Day.

EAST GREENWICH, RI – It's an annual tradition for the Rocky Hill students. According to Peter Hanney, the school spokesman, the Middle School Band will fire up the horns and the drums and salute the nation's warriors.
All the youngsters need to make the event perfect: some veterans. So, local veterans of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard, including Reserves and National Guards, are invited to Rocky Hill School’s Veterans Day ceremony on Thursday, November 10, 2016, he said.
Note the date is one day before the holiday. The School is closed on November 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
