Walk To End Alzheimer's: Kickoff Celebration
Ever think about signing up for the Walk to End Alzheimer's Disease? At this party, the association will lay out all the information.
By Michelle La France
WHAT: Come together with others committed to ending this disease to learn more about the Walk, the mission of the Alzheimer's Association and how you can help advance the cause by becoming a Team Captain for the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Join us for this fun evening! Sign up as a Team Captain at the Walk Kick Off party and you will be entered into a drawing for two Block Island Ferry tickets and a $50 gift card to the Cheesecake Factory. Invite your friends, walk teammates, and anyone interested in learning more about Walk. We'll share info, tips and details about Walk fundraisers, including how to sign up (so easy!), how to get started fundraising to meet incentive goals (purple t-shirts, medals, and more!), how to build your team, and what to expect on Walk day. Light appetizers and a cash bar will be offered.
