9 Injured in Providence RIPTA Bus Crash
The cause of a RIPTA bus crash that sent nine, including the driver, to the hospital is still unknown.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Nine people were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries after RIPTA bus crash on Main Street in Providence, according to reports.

The bus crashed into the pillar of a bus shelter near the Waterman Tunnel around 6 p.m. Monday. The cause of the crash is currently unknown.
