Myron J. Francis Elementary School in Rumford once again this year, held a "Baby Shower" from 6/3 - 6/7/13 to benefit the East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP). Collected were approximately 80 food items (including jars of baby food, baby cereal and baby formula), approximately 40 items including both diapers and wipes and approximately 20 other items (including baby wash, shampoo, blankets and more). Donations of brand new items were contributed by the school's families, faculty and staff. These contributions will greatly help EBCAP, a private, non-profit organization to continue to help families with small children who are in need of assistance in Rhode Island's East Bay Area.
