Bay View Students Earn Science Fair Awards, Including 'Best in Fair'

Six Bay View Academy students successfully competed at the Rhode Island Science and Engineering Fair (RISEF) on March 16.

The students garnered First Grant, Second Grant and the esteemed Best in Fair prizes. They were selected to attend based on their accomplishments at the East Providence school's own science fair.

Here are the RISEF awards given to Bay View students, as well as their project titles:

Best in Fair, Junior Division, Sarah Finnerty, Grade 8, Barrington, “Can We Make a Safer Bike Helmet?” 

First Grants Award Winners:

Second Grant Award Winners:
