EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — East Providence police have identified the body found Monday on the beach at Bullock's Point. The person was a 46-year-old man who was a local resident. No foul play is suspected. According to Det. Lt. Raymond Blinn, the man's relatives have been notified. No further information will be released, he said. A woman walking her dog found the body Monday afternoon.
