"The mission of '50 Years of Art in rhode Island: 1950-2000' is to honorRhode Island artists who lived and worked in the community during the second half of the 20th century"
I am quite pleased and honored to be included in this show and happy with the company therein. The works selected was done through a process of invitation and review and came from a much larger list of prospective participants. One of the works was executed in 1987 and another in 1999.... they represent those periods of time in my own evolution and , perhaps , have little or nothing to do with my work in progress or exhibitions done since they were completed.
