Denise (Sprague) Anderson, 48

Denise (Sprague) Anderson, of Bullocks Point Avenue, Riverside, East Providence died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, with her family surrounding her. She was 48.

She was the wife of David Anderson. She was born in Providence, the daughter of Joan (Clavin) Sprague and the late Norman Sprague.

Besides her mother and husband, she leaves a daughter, Laura Aronson of Riverside, three sisters, Diane Gouveia and Darleen Cabral, both of East Providence, and Norma Steadman of Providence, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late John Aronson III.

The funeral will be held on Friday, Jan. 25, at 8:45 am from the Smith-Mason Funeral Home, 398 Willett Avenue, Riverside with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan’s Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside, at 10 am.

Calling hours are today from 4 to 7 pm. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Providence.
