East Providence Fatality: Pedestrian Killed By Car: Multiple News Sources
Details are sketchy, but news sources are reporting a pedestrian, possibly a bicyclist, was struck by a car Monday night.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — A car struck a victim on Monday night, East Providence police say. The victim has died. According to WPRI-TV, the accident happened around 11 p.m. Per Channel 10 News, the person who died was male and a bicyclist. He was hit by an SUV.
East Providence police Lt. Thomas Rush said the traffic unit would issue a press statement later today.
