East Providence Gets a Heritage Festival Warm-up With Evening Concerts

Residents from all over East Providence came out to watch Dan Lilley and Scatman & the RI Professional Firefighters Pipes and Drums put on a show Wednesday night. Due to rain, the show was held inside City Hall, but the crowd and performers made the best of it with a great show and a great night of music.
