EAST PROVIDENCE, RI—William Johnson, 55 of East Providence, was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography. State police members of the Computer Crimes Unit / ICAC Task Force arrested him on Dec. 8. No time or location was given. Mr. Johnson was arraigned in Sixth Division District Court before the Honorable Judge Clifton and released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail with special conditions that include no contact with minors, no access to the internet, as well as a signed a waiver of extradition.
