East Providence Man Charged with Child Molestation
The Providence Grand Jury has returned an indictment, the Attorney General's office said.

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — Andrew DaSilva, 21, of East Providence has been indicted on two counts of child molestation. The Providence Grand Jury reported out the indictment on Friday.
According to Atty. Gen. Peter Kilmartin's office, DaSilva allegedly molested a female 14 or under on various dates, Sept. 1 and Sept. 2 through 15 and on Feb. 28, 2016.
The alleged molestation took place in East Providence, Kilmartin's office said. The East Providence Police conducted the investigation.

He is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on Nov. 16.
