East Providence Men Charged With Gambling Crimes: State Police

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — State Police said East Providence roommates were arrested Wednesday on an affidavit and outstanding warrant on gambling charges. Police said Brian Lozito and Steven Lozito, both 35, were both charged with attempt to infiltrate, or hack Into, gaming equipment.

Both were processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Third District Court for Arraignment.
