• Marcus Andrew David, 41, 15 Follett St.: driving with expired license, trespassing

Sunday, June 5

• Patrick James Washburn, 27, 17 Washburn Ave.: domestic-simple assault/battery
• 16-year-old male: vandalism/malicious injury to property
• 15-year-old male: vandalism/malicious injury to property
• Arthur Eugene Godette, 39, 21 Evergreen Dr.: domestic-simple assault/battery, domestic-vandalism/malicious injury to property
• Richard Vincent Smith, 22, 853 Broadway: breaking and entering a business of public building with felonious intent, vandalism/malicious injury to property, bench warrant from Sixth District Court, larceny under $500, weapons other than firearms
• Justin Michael Rose, 21, 142 Central Ave.: breaking and entering business, vandalism/malicious injury to property, bench warrant from Sixth District Court, larceny under $500
