East Providence Police Looking For Armed Robbery Suspect

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — Police are looking for the public's help finding a man they said robbed a convenience store while armed with a knife.

The armed robbery happened on Nov. 17, at Willett Farms Convenience Store at 185 Willett Ave., in the Riverside section of the city.

Police described the suspect as a man in his mid 30s, who is about 6 feet tall and wearing denim jeans, a plain dark blue hooded sweatshirt and work boots. The suspect left the store in a small white hatchback with a loud, modified exhaust, police said.
