Helen M. Smith, 98, Former Bookkeeper

Helen M. (Holter) Smith, of East Providence, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was 98.

She was the wife of the late Harvey Smith. Born in Rumford, she was the daughter of the late Helge and Signe (Young) Holter.

She was a bookkeeper for Fiske Dairy, and a member of Newman Congregational Church. A funeral service will be held today, April 22, at 11:30 am in Newman Congregational Church, 100 Newman Ave., Rumford.
