John P. Carvalho, of 5th St., East Providence, died April 6, 2013, at the Rhode Island Hospital. He was 69.
He was the husband of Helena (DaCosta) Carvalho. Born Jan. 6, 1944, in Povoacao, Sao Miguel, Azores, he was the son of the late Manuel and Hilda (Pereira) Carvalho.
