Kindergarten Registration Starts Monday

Kindergarten registration in East Providence begins Monday and runs all this week.

Go to the school department attendance/registration office on the third floor of City Hall at 145 Taunton Ave. School offices have been relocated to City Hall.

You can register between 8 am and 3 pm each day or stop by Thursday evening, March 7, from 4 to 7 pm. If you come in on Thursday, registration will take place on the first floor of City Hall. 

Parents and guardians must register children. Children must be age 5 on or before Sept. 1.

Bring three forms that show your residency, such as a utility bill, mortgage statement, pay stub, lease or car registration.

Parents also should bring proof of a child's immunization and a birth certificate. You can't register without them.
