The Providence County Grand Jury has reported out an indictment charging Jonathan Ortega, 20, of 28 Coleman St., Pawtucket, with first-degree child molestation.Ortega is being held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions in Cranston and is due to be arraigned in Superior Court on Tuesday.Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin said the grand jury indicted Ortega on Monday and the incidents occurred in East Providence. East Providence police handled the investigation.The victim was a young girl under 14.
