Pedestrian Hurt In Hit And Run: Newport Avenue In EP
A pedestrian was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Newport Avenue on Monday night.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — A hit-and-run driver struck a pedestrian on Newport Avenue on Monday night, according to multiple news sources. Police and fire officials did not immediately respond to requests for information. According to WJAR-TV, police said they are looking for a red SUV.
