Pet of the Week: Vera
Vera is a petite calico domestic shorthair feline in need of a home.

“There are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats.” Albert Schweitzer
Vera is a petite calico domestic shorthair feline. When Vera came to , the staff noticed that her right rear foot was a bit different. It seems she was born with a bit of a deformity, but don't worry, it hasn't slowed her down at all, writes staff.
She is still very playful and loves attention. Vera’s looks good for her age. Because she's so petite and acts like a young and happy kitten, but we think she's a couple years old, writes staff. She would make a great addition to any family. She gets along well with other animals as far as we have seen and is great with children. Vera is not currently vaccinated or spayed, but has an appointment with the veterinarian next week.
