Police Log: Domestic Assaults, Restraining Order Violation

The provided the following arrests: 

• Jason Monteiro, 33, of Providence, R.I., was charged with disorderly conduct after a caller reported a suspicious person at at approximately 8:58 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 5.
• Alfred Heady, 26, and Steven Valley, 19, both of of 28 Balkcom St., were charged with domestic simple assault after police received a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance at approximately 12:39 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6.
• A 17-year-old was charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest, after officers responded to at approximately 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6.
• Mark Sullivan, 46, of Warwick, was charged with violating a restraining order after a caller reporting a disturbance at Bally's Total Fitness Center at approximately 3:58 p.m. on Thursday Oct. 6. 
• Jamal Madyun, 35, of Providence, was arrested under a Sixth Division Court bench warrant at approximately 11:55 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 7.
• Edmund Taylor, 20, of East Providence, R.I., was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and vandalism at approximately 6:35 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7. 
• Deborah Cafaro-Carrello, 48, of 378 Bullocks Point Ave., was charged with domestic simple assault at approximately 12:03 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 10.
• Barbara Vanterpool, 47, of 2928 Pawtucket Ave., was charged with domestic simple assault after police received a 911 call at approximately 12:19 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10.
