• Kevin Carvalho, 30, of of 43 Kensington St., East Providence, was charged with possession or marijuana at approximately 7:47 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25. 
• Justin Wieselquist, 18, of 1108 Westminster St. in East Providence, was charged with shoplifting and weapons other than a firearms prohibited, at approximately 10:27 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27, at Burlington Coat Factory. 
• Kevin Herring, 21, of Newton, Conn., was charged with drunk driving, reckless driving, presence of alcohol beverage while riding in motor vehicle and refusing to submit to a sobriety test, at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29, after officers received a report of a vehicle driving northbound in a southbound lane on Wampanoag Trail.
• James Stewart, 40, of 237 Roger Williams Ave. in East Providence, was charged with domestic vandalism malicious and disorderly conduct after a caller reported suspicious activity at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29.
• Ronald Poette, 42, of 520 Bullocks Point Ave. in East Providence, was charged with domestic assault and battery at approximately 7:31 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29.
• Alana Hazard, 18, of 77 Tower Ave. in East Providence, was charged with possession of alcohol underage, Domenique Fortes, 19, of 9 Central Central Ave. in East Providence, was charged with possession of marijuana after police responded to  at approximately 12:35 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1.
