Police Log: Drunk Driver Makes Oops on Highway

The  provided the following reports:

• Robert Miller, 47, of 10 River St., in East Providence, was charged with drunk driving at approximately 8:17 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
• Joshua Ketz, 29, of 59 Viola Ave, in East Providence, was charged with drunk driving, refusing to submit to a chemical test, and causing a vehicular accident at approximately 2:04 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 11. 
• Manuel Costa, 54, of West Warwick, was charged with domestic assault and violating a no contact order; Linda McGrath, 55, of Providence, was charged with violating a domestic protective order at approximately 2:14 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11.
• Wiliam Dorr, 44, of 137 Walnut St., in East Providence, was charged with driving under a suspended license, driving one-way on a highway, and refusing to submit to a chemical test at approximately 1:19 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12.
• Joao Vindinha, 47, of 33 George St., in East Providence, was charged with domestic assault and domestic disorderly, at approximately 5:21 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 13.
