Police Log: Officers Arrest 14 for Vandalism, Drunk Driving, Other Offenses

East Providence police officers arrested 14 people in the past week, for offenses including domestic assault, drunk driving and possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, May 17

• Michael Arsenault, 33 Theodore Lane, Attleboro: vandalism/malicious injury to property, trespassing;
• Thomas Michael Adams, 171 Wilmarth Ave.: violation of restraining order;
• Norman Williams, 330 Bullocks Point Ave.: violation of a no-contact order;

Wednesday, May 18

• Carlos J. Gil, 30 Winsor St.: domestic-disorderly conduct, domestic-simple assault/battery;
• Peter A. Mills, 121 Maple Ave.: driving under the influence, first offense. BAC unknown;

Thursday, May 19

• 14-year-old: disorderly conduct, simple assault/battery;
• Jwon R. Bowling, 64 Charles St.: possession of marijuana, first offense;
• Timothy D. Brown, 24 Gurney St.: disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of controlled substance;

Friday, May 20

• David Lee Gobin, 14 Beechwood Ave., Pawtucket: domestic, breaking and entering without consent, domestic-simple assault/battery;

Saturday, May 21

• John Powell Mosby Jr., 102 Elder Ave.: shoplifting, warrant of arrest on affidavit;
• Jonathan Arnold Luis, 15 Brook St., Rehoboth: vandalism/malicious injury to property, disorderly conduct;

Monday, May 23:

• 15-year-old: disorderly conduct, simple assault;
• 12-year-old: simple assault or battery;
• Robert Edward Francisco, 689 N. Broadway: violation-no contact order, domestic-vandalism/malicious injury to property.
