Projo: Former East Providence Resident McBride Sworn in as Commander of RI National Guard

Maj. Gen. Kevin R. McBride, a former East Providence resident, was sworn in as commander of the Rhode Island National Guard by Gov. Lincoln Chafee Thursday at the State House, the Projo is reporting.
