Rescue personnel responded just before 8:30 a.m. this morning to a school bus that was apparently involved in a collision on Veteran's Parkway at Interlocken Road in East Providence.
Police shut down the parkway at Pawtucket Avenue to allow fire and rescue to respond to the incident.
Children were on the bus and were escorted off to another location.
