EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — State Police charged an East Providence man with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs on Monday after pulling him over on Route 95 in Warwick. Police said Domingo Silva, 47, was charged with his first DUI offense.
Police said tests on his blood-alcohol content were pending as of the arrest. He can was transported to the Warwick barracks and held overnight with probation violation pending his arraignment.
